The custom made bloody flag is a distressed version of the mega city Justice flags hung as set dressing in the film. It is also given to Judge Fargo under his book of law when he takes the Long Walk into the cursed earth.
A cloth bandage was used to keep Fargo from bleeding after being stabbed by Mean Machine and seen wrapped around his chest as he dies with Dredd standing over him.
